Every odd year we are fortunate to get a pink salmon return on the Squamish River system. Although the smallest of the Pacific salmon, this feisty quarry is one that anglers flock to the river to catch. Partially due to their sheer numbers and also due to their aggressive behaviour make them a great species of fish for new anglers to cut their teeth on.
If you are an experienced angler you may wish to try your hand in one of our saltwater fly fishing sessions. Although casting only 40 ft will help you catch one of these fish, increasing your cast to 70' or greater will definitely improve your odds. Ask one of our certified casting instructors for help in this department as that is what they are there for! These trips are by specific request only.
